General Terms of Business – Element3 Sports

1. The client acknowledges and agrees with his signature, that the equipment is in good condition at the time of hire.
2. The client agrees that Element3 Sports takes no responsibility for damage including bodily injury, death or any property damages or losses of any nature sustained by the client or any other person. The client declares that he/she hires the equipment at their own risk. As a condition of hire, the hirer will be liable for the full replacement, value or repair if the equipment is damaged, either maliciously or accidently. The client does not allow any other person to operate the equipment. Refunds will be not given for broken chain. The costumer is required to come back to the shop on his own cost.
3. We do not offer a pickup service for our Bikes, if any technical issues occur to prevent you riding further, you will be required to bring the bike back to the shop at you own cost.
4. The client acknowloges that if the equipment gets lost or stolen, the client will be liable for the full replacement cost.
5. The client also confirm that he/she is mentally and physically able to perform such an activity.
6. The tour guide has the right to cancel a tour at any time without justifying or to suspend a client from the tour, due to certain reasons of safety.
7. Austrian laws concerning legal right on applicable in all case. All case will be negotiated by the local court in Kitzbühel.
8. The client agrees with his signature, that he/she accepts the terms and conditions provided by Element3 Sports.
